Kellie specializes in large-scale disaster response initiatives and has successfully led critical environmental recovery projects for major wildfire events. A recognized leader in the field, she is a Silver Stevie® Award Winner for Women of the Year in Business. Kellie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Legal Studies from California State University, Fullerton, and maintains multiple industry certifications.

As Vice President of Sales & Operations, Kyle Gamez leverages 20 years of diverse experience across the construction, land survey, and environmental industries. He provides expert testing and consulting oversight for a wide variety of clients, ranging from K-12 schools and universities to military bases and FEMA projects.

Kyle’s background includes significant roles in business development and project management, allowing him to drive growth while ensuring seamless service delivery. He holds numerous technical certifications, including Site Surveillance Technician and DHS Lead Sampling Technician. Kyle is dedicated to maintaining rigorous safety standards and operational excellence for clients across the region.

Mr. David Kudlinski is a distinguished Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) with an impressive 37 years of industry experience. He provides high-level consulting regarding mold, indoor air quality (IAQ), asbestos, lead, and water quality for residential, commercial, and government clients.

David holds a Master’s degree from the Medical College of Ohio and is currently a PhD candidate in Occupational Safety & Health at West Virginia University. Beyond his primary credentials, he is also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and holds specialized certifications in fire, smoke damage, and trauma scene consultation. David’s vast technical expertise ensures the highest level of safety and scientific rigor for the firm’s most complex projects.

Michael Nave acts as the Consulting & Operations Director, contributing two decades of specialized experience in the environmental testing industry. He manages complex consulting projects for high-stakes sectors, including military bases, power plants, municipalities, and movie studios.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health and is a designated Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC). His deep technical background covers a broad spectrum of services, from asbestos surveys for logistical affairs to oversight for full-building demolitions. Michael utilizes his extensive regulatory knowledge to guide clients through compliance challenges with precision and confidence.
